About Me
Vital Movement was created to house the various teaching endeavors, performances, and creative projects by McKinley Vitale, an Atlanta based aerialist, performer, and model. McKinley is passionate about creating a safe environment for the education and creation of unique aerial art. McKinley loves all aspects of performing including choreographing, directing, and producing. Through performance, she likes to explore themes of tension, struggle, and fear, while using expressive, articulated movements.
Aerial Arts
McKinley offers weekly aerial classes and private lessons out of The Artists' Asylum in Marietta, GA. She coaches all experience levels (from first time students to professionals) on aerial silks, trapeze, and rope. She also travels to other studios to teach workshops.
Modeling
McKinley thinks of modeling as another means of expression. She uses it as a way to evoke different emotions and thought. She loves photos that walk in the space between unusual and beautiful.
